Use Training To Help Your Clients

If you’re like me, you get asked questions from clients during each interaction. Some can be personal such as “What did you think of that game last night?” Other questions can be very detail-oriented about business. At times, it might feel like clients believe you have the answer to all their business problems. And while all of us want to be that trusted adviser, you might not always be equipped with the right answers.

What if I told you P1 Learning’s On-Demand training library has courses that can help your customer be better and grow faster? Sounds great right!?! And while they don’t have access to this content, if you are an active member, you do!

In fact, a recent study by Propeller shows that 95% of customers choose solution providers that offer relevant content at every stage of the buying process.  Using the tools you have from P1 Learning’s on-demand content can help you be that chosen provider with your clients.

So how can you use this to your advantage? Here are a few suggestions:

  • Find the materials to help them. We have training materials from Safety to Sales available to you. Imagine, not only can you help them increase sales, but you can help keep them compliant or tackle some of their biggest challenges as a small business. To find relevant videos, simply go to “Tracks” or in the search bar type in the topics you are looking for.
  • Schedule a meeting (either in person or via Zoom) and review this video content with them. What better way to show your clients that you care than to take the time and watch these training videos with them? If your client does not want to meet, then watch some courses on your own and report back your findings the next time you call on them. Some of the most helpful small business content is located within our Workplace Compliance library.
  • Suggest that they sign up for a 7-day free trial. We get that some sellers could be so busy they just don’t have the time to do the first two steps. You can still help by letting your clients know of the courses we offer and how those courses might benefit their business. Giving your clients credible and helpful resources will further strengthen your connection with them as a trusted partner. Don’t worry, we’ll take care of them and help point them in the right direction… and we’ll give you all the credit.

So why wouldn’t you want to use the products you have available to you to help them!
