Screen Shot 2014-03-27 at 11.05.12 AMWhen was the last time you took the time to thank your co-workers? I mean an honest Thank You. Not just the kind that you say as you pass someone in the halls, but a handwritten and  truthful Thank You for… helping me close that account, bringing positive energy to our last office meeting, crosschecking my grammar, or perhaps something as simple as cleaning out the office fridge.

Whether you realize it or not, recognition on a small level helps retain employees and keeps your office happy.
