Learn to Speak Retail

Learn to Speak Retail

by | Oct 1, 2013

RPM, otherwise known as Retail Profitability Model, will teach you how to view marketing through your customer’s eyes.

Our partners, ej4,  work with some of the nation’s premier blue chip accounts, such as Pepsi, Smucker’s, and Dr. Pepper Snapple Group. The RPM series was originally created for the soft drink industry’s front line employees to give them a better understanding of the retailers’s needs. Or in other words, teach employees how to speak retail.

Once we got ahold of RPM, we adapted it for our customers. So now your team will have the opportunity to learn how retailers turn a profit, starting with their P&L report.

I know what you’re thinking. This is next generation stuff; way beyond the simple C.N.A. (client needs assessment). Because we’re not only identifying the customer’s needs, but we are also framing their needs from the retailer’s most important vantage point: the bank book.

RPM is a great conversation starter that will open an in-depth dialogue with your customer. However, there is a catch. It will only work for you and your team if you watch the full training series. So login or sign up for a 7-Day trial. Watch it on your own, in a sales meeting, and then watch it with your retail customers. Once you’re finished let me know how it goes.

I look forward to hearing your results!
