Every year I get ahead of steam to spring clean. Now that I am an empty nester, I found that in past years I was cleaning up kid junk. As you can imagine, now my house stays pretty organized. Should I rest on my laurels? Not a chance. I have a computer full of  trash that needs to be pitched. Updates, files to clean, and plenty of contacts to be refreshed.

Now lets bring spring cleaning to your accounts. Take the time to spring clean your accounts with a C.N.A. of your top 5 customers. P1 Learning has a great course on the campus. When was the last time you checked with your accounts (picking up new copy does not count). What has changed for them? Any new advice from their industry you can share with them? How about new competition that they should know about? Are their needs the same? Perhaps… but don’t guess. Ask.
